Data storage device - In computing, a data storage device—as the name implies—is a device for storing data. It usually refers to permanent (non-volatile) storage, that is, the data will remain stored when power is removed from the device; unlike semiconductor RAM.
Podslurping - Podslurping is where a portable storage device such as an iPod is used to illicitly download large quantities of data by directly plugging it in to a computer, where the data is held, or which is on the inside of a firewall where the data is held. As these storage devices get smaller and their storage capacity gets larger it is becoming an increasing security risk to companies and government agencies.
AN/CYZ-10 - The AN/CYZ-10, or Data Transfer Device (DTD) is an NSA-developed, portable, hand-held device capable of securely receiving, storing, and transferring data between compatible cryptographic and communications equipment. It is capable of storing 1,000 keys, maintains an automatic internal audit trail of all security-relevant events that can be uploaded to the LMD/KP, encrypts key for storage, and is programmable.
Mass-storage device - A mass-storage device is usually a very high capacity computer storage medium that is an order of magnitude less costly than a hard disk or other primary storage media. In order for the device to be less costly there is usually some form of compromise which is often the time taken to store or recover the data.

Wozniak completed the machine and started taking it to Homebrew Computer Club. There he bumped into old fr... He was inspired by what was going on. Wozniak's earlier 6800 paper-computer needed only minor changes to run on the new chip. At the time the only microcomputer CPUs generally available were the $179 Intel 8080, and the $170 Motorola 6800. When MOS Technology released the famous 6502 in 1976 at $25, Wozniak immediately started writing a version of BASIC for the day he could afford a CPU.
